Mallaun has no trainings documented in MERIT. Rosa Alonso alone with preschool children downstairs. Rosa does not have a high school diploma submitted to MERIT. Rosa does not have First aid training, TB test, safe sleep training, or basic STARS completed in MERIT. 0356 (1)(b) Pitroom classroom licensed for 11 children and classroom over 11 children thoughout visit. When Licensor left the site, pit room had 20 children in classroom.
